Later, in July 2014, she was joined by Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes Summer Rae to take against Nikki Bella for a six-on-1 handicap match. Ariana showed up with the intention of tackling Nikki Bella and Naomi. At the Battleground Show's pre-show, Ariana was joined by Naomi. Ariana defeated Naomi during the contest. The rivalry between them was formed as a result. The entire summer they battled at a variety of handicap singles and tag match matches.
